Lykos Supplements was born from one of the hardest moments of my life. After losing my father, I made a decision: I was going to become someone he would be proud of. I didn’t want to fall apart,  I wanted to grow, to get stronger, and to build an unstoppable mindset.

The gym became my outlet. Every rep, every early morning, every moment of discipline was a step toward becoming a better man, physically, mentally, and spiritually. As I pushed forward, I realized something important: strength isn’t just about muscle. It’s about resilience, purpose, and choosing to rise when life hits hardest.

That journey is what inspired Lykos Supplements.

I wanted to create a brand that stood for real strength. A brand built for people who work hard, serve others, and push to better themselves every day. A brand my father, Brian, would be proud of.
